These terms apply to your use of the planetd.solutions website. They do not govern any engagement between Planet D and a client — that is covered by a separate signed agreement.

What this website is

This site describes Planet D's services and provides a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer, a quote, or a contract. Submitting the contact form starts a conversation; it does not create a client relationship or bind either side to anything.

Any engagement between Planet D and a client is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, confidentiality and liability. Where these terms and that agreement conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to and share this site freely. You may not:

• submit the contact form with false details, or use it to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected service;
• scrape or automate submissions, or interfere with the site's availability for anyone else;
• copy the site's design, code or written content and present it as your own.

Intellectual property

The design, written copy, illustrations, code and brand marks on this site belong to Planet D unless credited otherwise. The Clash Display and Satoshi typefaces are licensed from the Indian Type Foundry via Fontshare.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. Reproducing whole pages, or reusing the design or artwork, requires written permission.

Accuracy and availability

We keep the content here accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change it at any time. Service descriptions are indicative of what we do; the specifics of any project are agreed in writing.

The site is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for loss arising from the site being unavailable or from reliance on its general content.

This site links to third-party sites, including our social profiles and the providers named in the Privacy Policy. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Governing law
